Center storitev is a company that specializes in all forms of communication. The main goal of the company is to enable comprehensible, friendly and quality communication between any two or more people, regardless of spatial and time-related obstacles. Our key communication concept is fusion of the ever-developing IT technologies and real person contact.
The company has decided to focus on improving and innovating the sector of IT services. The key reasoning for this stems from the current market situation as observed by our company.
THE PROBLEM
Service providers have, in order to optimize their work process and minimize their expenses, (ab)used internet technologies up to the point that now they have little-to-no actual contact with their customers. They have opted to develop eServices and counted on their customers to know how to use them, seek them out and choose between the provided services, rather than taking it upon themselves to get in touch with their clients, find out exactly what they need and shape their services accordingly.
This development has alienated their clients and pushed them far from sight of the service providers, who in turn lost two very important selling points: the ability to receive instant feedback from their clients and adapt the service, and the ability to offer (and sell) more than what their client wanted in the first place.

Basically, the customer now only has two options:
1) Go on the Internet and do everything by himself or
2) Go to the nearest branch office of the service provider

The first option is not optimal for the service provider and for the client. The service provider can’t sell anything else or push for extra service as he doesn’t see or talk to the client. He can’t tailor the service to specific client needs and he can’t explain the benefits of his offer. The client almost has to sell himself the service which is not a situation any client particularly enjoys. There is always a possibility of misinterpretation of the offer, doubt whether he made the most informed decision, slight concern over the minor questions he had but couldn’t ask anyone about them, and who is actually the guy he needs to call if things go wrong.
There is also a significant number of people who can’t use the Internet such as the elderly, the ones without Internet access, the marginalized and computer-illiterates. Those can only opt for option number 2 and while this is great news for service providers, it’s not the very convenient for their clients. First of all, the short business hours. Almost no matter what the service, you usually need to cut short your job or even take a vacation day in order to take care of your errands or you’ll be stuck at the end of the queue. Next, the accessibility. If you are not living in a large city, you’ll need to take a long bus-ride or drive to get to one of the branch offices. That is, if your service provider can even afford to have an established network. And as we know, any sort of transport is closely connected with time and expenses. However, there are some trips you absolutely need to take from time to time such as to the supermarket, the post office or the nearest ATM. Wouldn’t it be nice if you could do your errands while you’re there, at your convenience?
OUR SOLUTION
This concept has lead us to the construction of our main product: a low-cost mobile digital business office which we have named Webline office or WLO for short. In principal, it is comprised of a videoconferencing system and all typical office devices such as printer and scanner. The basic equipment also includes a POS terminal and a digital signature tablet.


So what is the idea behind WLO? Simple.
We wanted to:
  • Optimize service delivery for service providers as well as their customers
  • Implement technology in the process of performing services without any of the involved parties actually having to deal with technology
  • Lower the costs of branch offices and make them accessible for SMEs
  • Demonstrate how IT and personal approach can go hand in hand
  • Create a unique channel that combines sale, marketing, informative, educational and promotional activities
  • Reduce fear of technology and negative impact on the environment

How does WLO work:

WLO is not a terminal; it has no mouse or keyboard or touch screen. The whole service process is lead by an agent from the client’s main office or from any distant location with a stable internet connection. 


It is also worth noting that WLO is mobile! We can move it to any desired location easily and with no extra costs.

Optionally, the WLO can be upgraded with any type of device that best suits one’s needs.
